Ministries

Weekly Schedule:

10 a.m. Sundays: Bible Study groups for children, teens, and adults. The groups offer a way to develop friendships, find encouragement, and most important, participate in in-depth Bible study.

11 a.m. Sundays: Worship Celebration in the sanctuary; Children's Church in the Fellowship Hall.

6 p.m. Wednesdays:  Bible study and prayer time for adults and youth; Kids Crafts Club for children.

Children

Bible learning, music, games and crafts help our young ones grow in the faith. Special events and outings build bonds between families. Mission projects help them learn to share God's love.

Students

Middle- and high-school students study the Bible together and participate in a wide range of activities through Arise Youth Ministry.

Prayer

Call, e-mail or simply tell someone in the church. We want to pray for you.

Music

The Sandy Springs Choir, open to adults and teens, rehearses at 7 p.m. Wednesdays. Join us in making a joyful noise!

Seniors

JOY Fellowship (Just Older Youth) meets monthly for lunch and fellowship. The group is an active partner in mission outreach.

Women on Mission

Women meet monthly to study, pray for and participate in missions. The group also leads the church's efforts to support mission offerings and to participate in projects such as Operation Christmas Child, Christmas Prisoner Packets and others.

Seasons and special events

Vacation Bible School brings excitement to our church campus every summer. You'll see children hunting eggs around Easter time and enjoying fun in a safe atmosphere at our Fall Festival. Christmas is a wonderful time, when time-honored traditions and brand-new ideas come together. Throughout the year, the entire church family comes together often for fellowship meals and other informal times that give us a chance to know and support each other.

Community Intentional

Sandy Springs is committed to uniting with other churches in our area as the body of Christ in our community.  Several times a year we have joint worship and fellowship with Reedy Fork Baptist in Simpsonville, Reedy Fork Baptist in Greenville, Flat Rock Baptist in Piedmont and Augusta Road United Methodist. The churches also unite in supporting missions causes.

Flames of Salvation

The Community Intentional Churches support a ministry that provides a cash gift and Bibles to families affected by house fires in our area.
